  Do not order to go from this place. They almost forgot half of our order before my husband checked the bag and then they STILL forgot stuff. Pretty sure the strawberry Belgian waffle should have strawberries to go with it. Not this time. One plate was supposed to have 2, not 1, eggs. The list goes on. On top of the order being messed up the customer service was bad too.

  My fiancé and I have been going here for the last couple months or so because we used to love Shari's, and we would come to this one because the one closest to our house is absolutely terrible. Unfortunately, things seem to be going downhill.
  When we first started going there it was because we would go VERY early in the morning (say 3-4 AM) because it was the only place open and we liked Shari's before. Service was great, the waiters/waitresses were always very nice though sometimes they would make mistakes but we didn't make a big deal. Food was absolutely amazing. Really worth the money.
  Now, we've been going later (probably about 11 AM) and it makes me hesitant to go back. The older waitresses always have attitude toward us without reason and acts like they don't want to be there. We end up receiving more service from the younger waitresses who aren't even scheduled for our table. The very last time we went, it took about thirty minutes (MUCH longer than usual) to get our food, and when it finally came it was both burnt and cold. As if they had cooked it for too long then just let it sit for ten minutes. Also, the price of the milkshakes is way too expensive since they aren't also giving the tin cans anymore.
  I had really liked this location, but I'm starting to think that unless it is very early morning the service and food just won't be worth it.
