  I was looking to adopt a dog here but when I walked into the dog adoption section, it needed to be better organized and maintained. The dog adoption section had three dogs with kennel cough which had signs on their gate "do not pet me" and a female dog that was in heat. I think that multnomah county animal shelter needs to better properly seperate the animals that have health concerns instead of mix them all together in one hallway of the dog adoption section.
